Many animals come to us because they are unwanted. And some, because life circumstances made it difficult or impossible for owners to keep their beloved pets. But, sometimes the animals come broken. 

Some have been hit by vehicles, and some, intentionally injured by callous people. And some have diseases that have gone untreated.  

We are well-equipped to handle all the basic needs of the animals who need our help. But those animals who have extraordinary needs bring with them a much larger financial burden. 

We can - and DO - help them all. But major health problems come with large price tags. 

We rely on the support of caring people in our community to help these broken little bodies - these broken little lives - back together again.
